VITFIT Team Training (Semi-Private Personal Training) is a great way to get results whilst sharing the journey with someone else you know. Bring a workmate, friend, partner or a family member with similar fitness goals and inspire each other as you progress. Team training builds integrity, cohesion and sets accountability to not just your progress but the progress of rest of the people in the team as you workout as one.
The best part is you get all the benefits of Personal Training at almost 1/4 the price of a One on One session.

How it works:

  • At the beginning you undergo a comprehensive 40 mins assessment session with one of our Personal Trainers in order to determine your personalised plan that is right for your body and goals. (One off fee applies for this session)
  • You will then complete your program in a small group of 3-5 other people whilst still having the full attention of our trainer at all times.
  • The sessions are 50 minutes in length and are GUARANTEED to get you leaner, stronger and fitter.
  • The Initial  commitment is 6 weeks of training
  • Minimum of 2 sessions per week.

Membership Options

If you are ready to commit to your training, choose one of the options below. We don’t believe in sign up fees or lock-in contracts, it’s just an automatic weekly payment you can cancel, edit or pause at any time with a 2 week’s notice. You also get exclusive access to our workshops and events.
