
This program is an excellent starting option to use if you're new to exercise using online training programs. You'll get a full taste of what we do, try some of our workouts and together with one of our online coaches work on your nutritional habits.
The program includes:
- Weekly check in with one of our coaches via in app messaging
- Access to our in-app support & accountability group
- 1 initial prep week filled with key information about this 2-week program
- 2 full weeks with training, exercises and cardio activities
- 1 additional week at the end of the trial program to follow up how you did and to discuss your training goals further.
